2025 Town of Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Master Plan Needs Assessment Survey
The Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Department is developing a Comprehensive Master Plan that will guide the future of our services, facilities, programs, and operations. The following survey is an important part of this process. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain confidential.
The time you invest in completing this survey will aid us in taking a resident-driven approach to making decisions regarding future services. Please complete and return your survey within the next two weeks.
